Management in Stara Planina Ltd. is organized as a unicameral system. The central office is in in Knjaževac, and there is also a branch in Belgrade. The governing bodies of the Stara Planina Ltd. are the General Assembly and the Director.

- Dragan Savović, member of the General Assembly a member in front of the employees, appointed by RS Government Decision 24 Number: 119-10625/2020 dated 17.12.2020.

Stara Planina Ltd. has two executive directors, namely:
- Nataša Đorđević, Head of Department for general, legal, and financial affairs
- Miroljub Božinović, Head of Department for development
SUBSIDIARY COMPANY
Stara Planina Ltd. founded a subsidiary company SP RESORT DOO KALNA, to which it entrusted the management of Hotel "Stara Planina". The director of the subsidiary company is Tomica Ratković.
